Article 1

FORM

The Company has been established as a French société anonyme managed by a Board of Directors. It has been transformed into an European company (Societas Europea) upon decision of the Mixed
General Shareholders' Meeting on June 25, 2020. It is governed by the European and French laws and regulations applicable to European companies (the Law ) and by these articles of association.
Article 2

COMPANY NAME

The name of the Company is VALEO.
Article 3

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Company is as follows:
