SAMSUNG SMART TV MOVIE OFFER
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.

Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years old or over who have a valid Australian MasterCard or Visa credit card. Employees of Samsung Electronics
Australia Pty Ltd ABN 63 002 915 648 ( Promoter ), participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion (or an immediate family member of the same, where immediate family member  means : spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin), are ineligible to claim.

The promotion commences at 9:00 am (AEST) on 29 April 2013 and closes at 11:59
pm (AEST) on 31 October 2013 or such earlier or later time and date as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion by notice thereof on the Promoter's website
( Offer Period ).

4.

To participate in the promotion, eligible claimants must complete the following steps during the Offer Period:
a. Visit the Samsung Smart TV Stand ( Samsung Discovery Stand ) at various in-mall locations nationally
(see www.samsung.com.au/experience for locations) and:
i.

participate in a Samsung Smart TV demonstration with an authorised Samsung staff member; and

ii. complete and lodge the entry form including the entrant's full name, postcode, mobile number and email address and consent to receiving further communications from the
Promoter.
b. Within 30 days of visiting the Samsung Discovery Stand, purchase a
Participating Product (defined below) from a Participating Retail Store
(defined below) (where purchase  means payment in full of the
Participating Product. For clarity, the definition of a Participating
Product expressly excludes "C grade" or "seconds" products).
