The Promoter
1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 1000
Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0PS (the Promoter ).
Eligibility
2. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants must have a Facebook account to enter this Prize
Draw.
Prizes
5. There are three tiers of prizes to be won, classified as gold, silver and bronze. Whether a participant is eligible to win a gold, silver or bronze tier prize depends on the number of questions answered correctly at the point of entry (see clause 9 for full details).
Gold Prize A master class experience with one of the Samsung Galaxy team members for the winner and one friend. Master classes shall last approximately 4 hours and the Promoter shall cover the winner and their guest s reasonable return travel expenses from their UK home to the master class location. Accommodation shall not be included. Anything not expressly stated as included by the Promoter shall not be included and shall be the responsibility of the winner.
The Gold Prize is the opportunity for the winner and one friend to participate in one of the following master classes:
a) Curling with Eve Muirhead
Location: Dewars Centre, Glover St, Perth PH2 0TH
On a date to be confirmed between: 24 March 7 April 2014; OR
b) Skating with Elise Christie
Location: National Ice Centre, Lace Market, Stoney St, Nottingham NG1 1LA
On a date to be confirmed between: 21 April 28 April 2014; OR
c) Ski with Kelly Gallagher & Charlotte Evans
Location: St Albans Hill, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP3 9NH
On a date to be confirmed between: 14 April 20 April 2014; OR
d) Train with Shelley Rudman
On a date to be confirmed between: Ice Sheffield, Coleridge Rd, South Yorkshire S9 5DA
Date Range: 24 March 7 April 2014
Silver Prize a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 smartphone with exclusive phone cover. There are 3 Silver
Prizes to be won.
Bronze Prize a Samsung Matryushka phone charger. There are 50 Bronze Prizes to be won.
The Gold, Silver and Bronze Prizes are, together, the Prize/s .
6. The Prizes carry no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner.
The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize.
Prize Draw Period
8. The Prize Draw is open from 12pm on 27 January 2014 until 12pm on 17 March 2014 (UK Time)
