Earphone jack 1. No audio. Make sure your earphone plug is securely connected to the earphone 3.5mm jack of the audio device. 2. Lack of low frequency (bass). Check the tightness of the seal between the earphone and your ear, or try one of the other ear cushion options. 3. Ear cushions are falling off. Make sure to securely attach the ear cushions to the earphone tip and housing by pressing the ear cushions into place. 4. Change in sound quality. Remove the ear cushion and check if the nozzle of the earphone is blocked. Clear the nozzle using a dry, soft cotton swab or equivalent. 5. Lost ear cushions.
