1. How will I know that a retailer is participating in the promotion?
All stores participating in the Promotion will have point of sale materials displayed with or close to the Samsung SMART TVs on display, which will communicate the SMART Gifts Offer - if you are in any doubt about your preferred store s participation in the offer please ask them for confirmation prior to purchasing your new Samsung SMART TV.
2. How will I receive my Cash back?
You will receive your cash back via Citibank Pre-paid Visa card, credited with the cash back value applicable to the model you have purchased. Please refer to the Cash Back at Glance guide on the promotional landing page to confirm your cash back value.
3. What is a valid proof of purchase?
A receipt which details your purchase and includes VAT information, store details and purchase date.
4. What happens if I lose my receipt?
We will not be able to process your claim without a valid original receipt accompanied with all of the information requested on the claim form.
5. How do I redeem my Smart Gifts?
We ve tried to make redeeming your SMART Gifts as easy as possible both the Movie on Demand and Cashback can be claimed at the same time on the same form by either:
1. Completing the Claim form attached to the in-store leaflet and returning it to us at the following address: Samsung Content & Cash Back Promotion, PO Box 151, Ludlow,
Shropshire SY8 9BE; or
2. Clicking the REDEEM NOW button on the Promotional landing page at:
www.samsung.com/uk/smarttvgifts and completing the online form.
6. What happens if my claim gets lost in the post?
We strongly recommend that you send your claim by Registered Post so the items can be tracked.
Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for claim forms lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Alternatively, consider redeeming online and uploading your proof of purchase details and other supporting documentation safely and securely.
7. When do I need to submit my claim?
You must submit your claim, supported by all relevant supporting documentation by 31 January
2012, unfortunately claims received after this date cannot be redeemed.
8. How will I know my claim has been validated?
You will receive an email from us within 7 days of submitting your claim, confirming that your claim has been validated and details passed to Citibank. Citibank will then load your card with the applicable cash back amount. Your card will be despatched by First Class post within 28 days.
9. How long do I have to spend the cash back amount on my card?
Your card is valid for 12 months from its issue date - so essentially until December 2012.
10. How do I choose between Acetrax and Blinkbox?
Please visit www.samsung.com/smarttvgifts or either provider s sites to explore all Acetrax and
Blinkbox have to offer. The £50 credit allows you to redeem both RENT and BUY (permanently own) movies from Acetrax and it allows you to redeem against RENT only movies on Blinkbox
